Order Confirmation:
Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the purchase. Once stock availability is confirmed with our suppliers, we will proceed to process charges and organize immediate shipment. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, the pre-authorization will be voided, and we will notify you via email. As an authorized reseller, Stellar Pyxidis 3D honors the return, refund and warranty policy of each brand manufacturer in our store.Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and charged to your credit card, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the order date. Free shipping is available to continental United States, and applies to all locations for weight 0lb–70lbs. Additionally shipping charges may apply to Alaska and Hawaii. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please get in touch with us at sales@StellarPyxidis3d.com.Cancellations, Refunds, & Returns:
In case of malfunctioning products, we prioritize technical support and replacement before processing returns. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of purchase.For opened or partially used items, including filament and resin, our "No Returns Accepted" policy applies. Only unused, factory-sealed items can be returned within 10 days.
Defective products must be returned within 10 days for inspection. Upon confirmation of the defect, a full refund will be issued, excluding return shipping costs.
Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a $20 administration fee. Shipped orders necessitate payment for return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original card used. A 20% restocking fee is applicable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
